Workshop Agenda
Through collaboration with the account team and the client, we meticulously crafted a comprehensive 6-hour workshop agenda. This agenda seamlessly integrated a sequence of interactive activities, designed to facilitate participant engagement, encouraging them to delve into meaningful discussions, articulate 'a-ha' moments, pose thought-provoking questions, and ultimately achieve their desired outcomes.
Theme of the Session
To enhance the overall experience and cultivate the desired mindset shift, we crafted a unique "Safari theme" exclusively tailored for this session.
This thematic approach symbolized venturing into the wilderness and embarking on an evolutionary journey for the Finance Transformation at Molson Coors. Participants enjoyed their roles as 'Safari Rangers,' immersing themselves in the adventure of their transformative journey.
Production & Workshop Delivery
We leveraged Miro and Mentimeter live polling as collaborative platforms for designing and facilitating the workshop. These tools not only added a layer of interactivity and enjoyment for participants throughout the day but also played a crucial role in fostering deep and fruitful discussions.
